Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and may be applied to one rescheduled appointment within 30 days. Late cancellations, no-shows, and appointments canceled after consultation approval will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
