Each installation is approached with intention, prioritizing integration, movement, and longevity so the hair feels natural, wearable, and personal. All extension services begin with a private consultation to ensure alignment, customization, and the highest level of care. ⸻ CLIENT ACCESS & BOOKING Untourage Salon Retreat operates on an invitation-based booking model. This approach allows us to maintain discretion, personalization, and the level of focus required for our work. • Existing clients may book directly through the portal. • New clients are welcomed through a private inquiry and consultation process prior to scheduling. If you’re new here and feel aligned, please contact the salon directly, (from the menu top left) to begin the consultation process. ⸻ SALON STANDARDS To preserve the intimacy and quality of the experience: • The studio accommodates a limited number of clients. • Appointments are 1-on-1; additional guests are not permitted. • Children are not permitted in our studio. • Service investments reflect the artistry, materials, and time required. Final pricing may vary based on customization, length, density, and hair condition. Select luxury treatments may be offered in-studio as supportive enhancements to extension services, based on individual hair needs and consultation. These standards ensure each client receives our full attention, without compromise.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved intentionally and require advanced preparation. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled outside of this window, or canceled after consultation approval, will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits may be applied toward one rescheduled appointment only, provided the new appointment is scheduled within 10 days of the original date. If the appointment is canceled, or if the reschedule window exceeds 10 days, the deposit is forfeited.
